Sunset Gong Bath under the Big Tree

A gong Bath is a unique musical and meditative experience potentially providing a wide range of benefits. It often instigates the relaxation response where natural healing properties can occur. The experience frequently stimulates the creative mind, helps release emotional blockages, and can lead to a deep inner journey.

For this session Greg will use a few singing bowls and chimes but will primarily focus on the powerful and penetrating sounds and vibrations of the Gong. After starting with some brief guided relaxation Greg will begin with the sounds. The sonic landscape will fill the atmosphere for about an hour before offering time to ground and reflect before concluding.

Participants are encouraged to wear loose, comfortable clothing and limit caffeine intake prior. Please also limit perfumes/colognes in consideration of others. Most participants choose to lie down for the experience. Attendees may consider bringing any mat, pillow, blanket or you desire to help yourself be comfortable for the session.
