Take some healing down time and come to a sound bath in Salem at GLOW Healing Arts, led by Betsy Whitesell. Lie down, relax and let your stresses melt away as you listen to the sounds of gongs and singing bowls. The unusual tones allow you to deepen your meditation and float away. $12. Bring a mat and a blanket for comfort.
