If this sounds like you, I invite you to join Realizing Your Worth!
Realizing Your Worth is a 6-week workshop series using essential oils, easy journaling and other tools to move past your limiting beliefs and into a place of divine self-love.
At each weekly meeting, you will receive coaching and mentoring, tools for the upcoming week and opportunity to discuss feedback from the previous week. We will end the series with a group meal and celebration.

Week 2 – Replenish your energy and spirit
Week 3 – Find and remove causes of shame
Week 4 – Forgive and renew
Week 5 – Feel that worthiness
Week 6 – Celebration and reflection

You will have the option to meet in-person, online or a combination. Online replays will be available. Online attendees will have all supplies shipped to them.
