Prana Balance Class

High heart spiritual work, Meditation, color, Toning, drumming. There will be some soul journeying, accessing Angels, guides and Elohims, guardians of the high heart. There will be chakra healing, clearing and re-energizing the heart and assisting the natural flow of the high heart. Incorporates yoga, tai chi, qi gong, and breathwork.
