Kundalini Yoga with Evelyn at Preston House

Please note: this class will be held in the courtyard at Preston House, located at 1936 West Main St, Salem. In case of inclement weather, it will be located inside Preston House.

Kundalini Yoga is the Yoga of Awareness. Our classes are an occasion to connect with your inner self through movement, meditation and chanting. This practice works to release the tension in your body, open and clear chakras, balance the Mind and uplift your Spirit!

Evelyn Mann is a devoted practitioner of yoga and meditation. Her journey began at age 5, learning at her mother’s side. In 2011 she discovered Kundalini Yoga and the tools to transform her life and consciousness in deep and creative ways. Evelyn is a certified IKYTA Kundalini Yoga teacher, Reiki Master and Certified Crystal Healer.
