Group Sound Healing with Himalayan Singing Bowls

Come to the historic Preston House, the home of Glow Healing Arts and soak up the healing vibrations of this majestic space, all while being immersed in the beautiful sounds of the singing bowls.
The vibrations of the Himalayan singing bowls stimulate the body and produces alpha waves which places the brain into a deep relaxed meditative state. The beautiful sound and vibrational waves will harmonize your mind, body, and spirit. The session will reduce stress and tension while balancing our energy within the body.
You may sit up or lie down for this experience. If you plan to lie down, please bring a yoga mat, sleeping bag or camping mat–whatever you need to be comfortable lying on the floor for this experience.
